As of today, our key asset, which is actively managed by Seracilic Limited, is Dobronom CJSC, a leading multi-format grocery retail company in Belarus, which owns a portfolio of Kopeechka, Dobronom and Mayak chain stores brands, its own logistics services, a commercial and operational block, and also a division of its own production of a full cycle.
The structure of CJSC “Dobronom” includes 6 branches, formed on a geographical basis. Stores are located in all districts and cities of regional subordination of the Republic of Belarus: in more than 250 settlements, including in the capital – the city of Minsk.
CJSC “Dobronom” operates convenience stores and supermarket stores under the Kopeechka, Dobronom and Mayak brands. The total number of outlets is over 1200. An active presence in all regions of the country, an advantageous location of shops both near residential buildings and on highways with high car traffic, provide CJSC “Dobronom” with an advantage over competitors. Particular attention is paid to the development of private labels: the range of the chain’s portfolio includes more than 450 items of its own brands, cooperation with private label manufacturers continues to expand.
CJSC “Dobronom” is currently home to a workforce of around 18,000 employees. Employees are constantly being trained, who are provided with opportunities for growth and horizontal movement in accordance with interests and competencies.
The construction and operation services have the necessary certificates of conformity, they have more than 200 employees who carry out construction, installation and technical work on the launch of new stores, maintenance and repair of existing network facilities.
High-tech class A+ logistics centers are located in the Minsk region on three sites with a total area of 75,000 sq.m. The centers are equipped with modern shelving, refrigeration and IT equipment. More than 1,100 employees ensure uninterrupted shipment of 1,800 tons of products to the network every day. About 250 trucks leave the distribution centers every day.
More than 70% of the assortment matrix presented in the network is provided through the distribution centers of CJSC “Dobronom”.
Two separately located workshops of their own production operate efficiently, supplying products to all stores of the chain. The direction, equipped with modern and professional equipment, includes a full cycle of production of bakery and confectionery products, culinary products and semi-finished meat products.
More than 400 items of own production are presented in the chain’s stores. The production capacity allows the daily output of 40 tons of products.
CJSC “Dobronom” is the absolute leader in Belarus in terms of the number of stores opened monthly and the most dynamic and stable retailer in terms of retail turnover growth.
